All of our prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Customers overseas are eligible for 15% off due to New Zealand's GST tax, this is automatically applied at checkout or get in touch with our sales team. If you are visting the website from Australia or United States then the price visible is your local currency with New Zealand GST already discounted.
Any additional charges will be stated in your final invoice such as postage or credit card fees. All watches remain the property of Wynn & Thayne and will not be shipped until funds have been securely received in full.
Payment Methods:
Bank/Wire Transfer: Please contact us for our bank details if you would like to pay via bank transfer for international or domestic customers.
Cash: For all cash payments in person you will be asked to provide proof of address as well as a valid form of identification.
Credit Card: Please note that additional fees will be added to your invoice for payments via credit card as they charge a processing fee. New Zealand credit cards will be surcharged 2.4% and International credit cards will be surcharged 3.3%.
New Zealand:

*For customers within Auckland, New Zealand we can arrange hand delivery from a sales member within the same business day.
Australia:
DHL Express [Insured & Tracked] (1-4 Business Days) - $100.00 NZD
Rest Of World:
DHL Express [Insured & Tracked] (2-8 Business Days) - $150.00 NZD
Try On Policy:
We have a two day watch try on policy. This timeframe starts the day the watch is delivered based on tracking information. We encourage all buyers to inspect the watch in detail, we find this very important when purchasing vintage watches. If you change your mind or should the watch not meet your expectations, the buyer may ship the watch back for a full refund. Postage will be covered by the buyer and the watch must be in its original condition when it was sold. Standard refund times are 2-10 business days once the watch has been delivered to our office. Note this only applies to watches sold in-person or via our website.
Returns:
We do not accept returns for items outside of our 2 day try on policy for change of mind, damage done to the watch or failure of watch operation (if outside of our 30 day warranty). However please contact us and we will do our best to cater to your needs.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can remedy the situation. Please note: Natural wear and tear, scratches and other knicks and dents may be present on vintage/pre-owned watches - this is not considered "damaged" or an "issue". We do our best to capture any of these within the listing notes and imagery.
While we list as much as possible in regards to the condition of the watch some parts may have been replaced (with same brand parts) over time due to servicing and repairs. We cannot guarantee any original parts as to when the watch left its maker and can only provide our best judgement as based on our research, knowledge and guided expertise.

Wynn & Thayne is happy to provide a 30 day warranty on all watches that have been listed on the website for sale. The warranty includes any mechanical servicing if the watch stops working.
This warranty does NOT include any polishing or cosmetic changes to the watch. It also does not include any servicing if the watch has changed inn timekeeping, if it has been dropped, physically damaged in any shape or form or put under water. While each watch is tested and checked, we cannot guarantee their timekeeping and waterproofness due to their vintage and second hand nature.

We are offering clients based within New Zealand private viewings at our Auckland CBD showroom.
Watches are allowed to be viewed before the final transaction is conducted for trying on and inspection. Transactions can occur on the day of viewing following our in-person sales processes as we have adequate merchant facilities.
