This Ming Ref. 17.09 Blue is in excellent, near new condition with its caseback sticker still applied. Originally purchased in 2022, the watch has warranty with the manufacturer until 2025. The 17.09 is an evolved daily wearer with extra functionality and overall design updates.
Condition Report:
We're happy to present our first Ming watch for sale. The 17.09 finds balance in being an everyday watch with flair and intrinsic details. Ming brings laser-etched, lume-filled sapphire to the 17.09; the indices have now moved to the underside of the top crystal and glow with a new intensity. The dial is a two-piece construction with a fine Clous-de-Paris pattern in the center and a circular brushed outer portion, creating a very dynamic presentation as ambient light changes.
The polished and brushed 316L stainless steel case has also received some proportional revisions for greater wrist presence, but it remains a very wearable 38mm to cater for a wide variety of wrist sizes. Lugs have been reprofiled with a continuous twist that extends the brushing continuously from the case flanks through to the underside of the lugs while retaining our signature flare.
The watch is powered by the Caliber. 330.M1, based on the Sellita SW330-2, with independent hours and a 42-hour power reserve. It is mounted on a handmade strap by Jean Rousseau Paris that features quick release spring bars. Overall, the watch is in excellent, near new condition with only minor handling marks.
